For clarification, Onegin65/Oneguin65/avengerdomingo/majosace has
reported counted thousands of YouTube videos for copyright breach and
has then uploaded many of them as his own. When challenged on this, he
hurls obscenities at accusers.
He has annoyed a multitude of poeple but seems to think that the people
he has annoyed are all the same one individual. For the record, I have
uploaded precisely four video clips to YouTube and have had two removed
after a claim for copyright, probably from Onegin65 under another alias.
I am not a heavy YouTube uploader. On the other hand, I do watch
YouTube frequently and have provided a number of links from my blog,
suggesting that it really isn't in my interests to get clips removed,
especially not those uploaded by people who are Domingo fans.
I have uploaded precisely one video to Operashare; within hours this man
of many aliases copied it to YouTube. A decent person would probably
have asked permission first. I would not have granted that permission to
someone who has thrown obscenities at me and my online friends. Every
single message in Operashare says "DOWNLOAD LINKS SHOULD NOT BE PASSED
OUTSIDE THIS GROUP, PUBLISHED ON BLOGS OR PUBLISHED ON OTHER GROUPS BY
ANY MEMBER OTHER THAN THE UPLOADER" - the penalty for doing so is having
their account suspended. It does not specifically include YouTube, but
any reasonable person would know that it must do, by extension. I
reported Onegin65/Oneguin65/avengerdomingo/majosace to the moderators of
OperaShare for a breach in the recently stated and discussed rules. It
appears that his account has been suspended as a result. I do not know
whether I was the sole complainant or one of many.
I will not respond again to this troll; unlike him, I have a life to live.
