Dear all,
I cannot allow that others users continues defaming and accusing my of
whom I haven't done. Simply accuses me because my alias is just as the
company copyright holder - ByOnegin S.L. - that has sent many DMCA who
claimed infringement in many accounts on Youtube.
My account onegin65 has cancelled for these DMCA who claimed
infringement from Sarah Reed, also in my account oneguin65 have
disabled a couple of videos. If you don't know me it's enough that
your search in eMule, Youtube, OperaShare, Google or Yahoo and you
will find the hundreds of private videos that I have been spreading
for free during years.
Nothing of which your says me has consistency. They have disabled many
videos on Youtube but why is Onegin65 who disables them? There are
hundreds of companies that disable videos in Youtube. When a account
accumulates three claims Youtube suspends it automatically, with 3 or
3000 videos. Onegin65 has disabled you some of your videos?. You
think that what wishes believe, that they write his friends or
anonymous people youtube but don't have any proof that accuses me; and
if you have certain proof, he admits please that we see.
LaDonna Mobile insisted from the beginning on cutting my head and thus
continues. Please, this is free country: proof, proof, proof... and
not only conjectures and indications. About ByOnegin SL what your
want that, any person can be responsible for them. There is another
thing that I don't know if you thought: why was going to put my
nickname oneguin65 or oneguin65 in a false company? I'M NOT
IDIOT ,the logical thing would be another false name for that it
doesn't relate me . . Why if I've those perverse intentions I'm going
away expose me create a false company that it takes my nickname? I
wanted force suicide on me?
I repeat, anyone can search in eMule, OperaShare, Youtube, Goolge,
etc. and verify that per years I've given hundreds of videos and
recordings BY FREE. I'm knows much in this small Opera' world in
Internet. I've so stupid or so crazy as throw my reputation to the
sweepings?
I don't know the person or people who are behind this, I believe that
it's a revenge of somebody. But I want that this clear I'M NOT THE
PERSON WHO IS BEHIND BYONEGINSL or another person or company true or
false.
Despite badly already it's done. Who invented this subject has
obtained his objective. I believe that I will not be able continue on
Youtube more time. I will leave it defend my innocence where it that
I'm accuses, finds nothing else.

I'm surprised that more recording companies do not employ people to
put up video's on youtube. I have purchased CD's and DVD's only
because I have seen and heard snippets on the site. If the recording
companies think that a 3 minute rendition of an aria is enough to
satiate an opera fan, then they probably do not understand their
audience. >> Stay informed about: Parterrebox Youtube account suspended? |

Let us add that RaiTrade is a branch of RAI, the Italian state
broadcasting company, and that branch is exactly the one entrusted in
checking and trading the company broadcasting and video copyright. It
could well be a legitimate operation.

Now Gabba02, the FIRST in accusing me on LaCieca website,
mysteriously re-open their account "disabled" by Byonegin SL. Gabba
and La Donna Mobile both British, and both they have accused to me
publicly. This gives that to think.

Except it's almost certainly not that straight-forward.
There is a disturbed individual going by various names such as
Oneguin65
and RaiTrade who is routinely claiming copyright to an increasing
number
of opera clips on Youtube, leading first to the videos being removed
and
after three breaches the user accounts being suspended. He follows
his
unfounded copyright claims with a string of vulgar abuse into the
inbox
of the person who had videos up. The actual copyright owners are not
doing it because a) they havebetter things to do with the time and b)
on
